Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident purchasing Heron. This policy describes when and how you can request a refund.
1. Refund Window
All purchases are eligible for a full refund when requested within 14 calendar days from the payment date. No questions asked.
This applies to every charge, including one-time purchases (such as Founder Pass) and any future subscription payments.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at team@heronai.one with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- The email address associated with your account.
- The approximate date of the charge.
- Optionally, a brief note about your reason (this helps us improve, but is not required).
3. Processing
We will review and confirm your refund request within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time on your card or bank statement is typically 5 to 10 business days depending on your financial institution.
4. After a Refund
Once a refund is issued:
- Access to paid features associated with that purchase will be revoked.
- For Founder Pass refunds: your Founder Pass identity will be invalidated and the associated pricing entitlement will no longer apply.
- Your account and any free-tier access (if applicable) will remain unaffected.
5. Exceptions
Refunds requested after the 14-day window are generally not eligible. However, we evaluate each case individually. If you believe your situation warrants an exception, please reach out to us at team@heronai.one and we will do our best to help.
We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse, such as repeated refund requests or violations of our Terms of Service.
